Comfortable bed. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast!

Low ceiling in the room. Dirty windows (outside) so spoilt the view. The gym equipment was poor quality with no weight options

Ok for the price

It was clean, comfortable, what you expect from this kind of establishment. Had view on the city, mountains and Sea which was great. Staff was good.

It’s quite old and could do with some renovations. Little additional thing for improvement: Lacking plugs in the room.

It needs an upgrade. Seems like they still use the same towels and bedsheets from the 90s. This hotel has potential but it needs a modern upgrade for interior

The room is outstanding with a very nice Taitung town view. Everything in the room is exceeded my expectations. I have a very comfortable nights. Location is in the middle of the town I can walk around. Good to stay here and highly recommended..!!

The staff not really understand english and they not really friendly. mayb only 1 from them is ok, so its a bit hard to communicate. Not really smiley face.

We liked the stay in this hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel. Several tourist attractions are just within a walking distance. The Taitung bus station is about 200 M. I and my spouse enjoyed the breakfast very much.

Not all staff at the reception can speak English. But the person at the counter called another staff to resolve this language barrier.

Location is great. But the hotel is more 3.5 stars

Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The staff were helpful and kind. Complimentary umbrellas while we were there. Great location in the city and just opposite 7 eleven. Complimentary slippers.

The breakfast area in the basement was too dark. It needs more light to feel less like you’re eating in a cave. The room cleanliness was not so great, it felt dusty and a bit mouldy smelly. The toilet seat was not stable. The room needs better lighting, it’s far too dark.
